Another Day in Paradise

Well, here I am at work. Just started my 12 hour shift and things are looking quit peachy. Although, it is a hospital and things can take the downward spiral faster than a speeding bullet! At any rate, just thought I would make an initial post on here, get a feel for the new features and whatnot. I will be trying to post daily, but that will remain to be seen.....
